Refund Policy
Last updated: 6 August 2026
We hope you love your Bloom and Bay purchase. However, if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be in its original condition
- Include all original packaging and tags (where applicable)
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
To arrange a return, please contact us via our Contact page before sending your item back. We'll provide instructions on how to return your order. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
Return postage
If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the return postage costs. If your item is faulty, damaged or you have received the wrong item, we will reimburse reasonable return postage costs or provide an alternative return solution where appropriate.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, faulty or you have received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible using our Contact page. Where possible, including photographs of the issue will help us resolve your claim more quickly.
Non-returnable Items
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of:
- Earrings and pierced jewellery
- Personalised or bespoke items
- Gift cards
Sale items may only be returned if they are faulty or where required under your statutory rights.
Exchanges
If you would like a different item, the quickest option is to return your original purchase and place a new order once your return has been approved.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be made to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card provider may take several working days to process the refund after it has been issued.
Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. If your goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
